Our strategy is simple: we hire extremely talented, experienced, mature people who love games (and hard work), and give them all the resources they need to succeed.
Our work environment is structured but casual, and democratic where appropriate; everyone is welcome to give input in the design process, and the best idea wins. All of our positions require a love of games, a strong work ethic, and communication skills, especially giving and receiving constructive criticism. A successful interview process proceeds as follows:
- Online Recruiting / Recommended by in-house staff ;
- Manager/Leader picks appropriate candidates’ resumes to send to Administration & HR Dept.;
- Administration & HR Dept. arrange a test (which is 2-day skill testing for artists);
- For those who pass the test, an interview will be arranged;
- For those who cannot reach the requirement for the time being, we will inform them by email.
